Q: Will the bank be contacting me to ask for any information?

A: No. The bank will not contact you to ask for secure information such as passwords, PINs, account numbers or access ID numbers. If you are contacted in any way, such as via email or the telephone, and asked for your secure information, do not comply with the request. To protect your accounts from possible fraud or misuse, this type of secure information should not be shared with others.

Q: Will I have to sign up for Online Banking with Security First, or will I automatically be enrolled?

A: You will need to go through a simple Online Banking enrollment process the first time you access your accounts online after the merger. This is necessary to establish your private, secure password and pass phrase for Security First Online Banking. In order to enroll, you will need to contact the bank to obtain information on how to select your PIN, which is required to enroll. You may call us prior to September 5th to obtain this information, and you may enroll in Online Banking beginning at 1:00 PM on September 7th. Once you enroll, you will have access to your accounts online.

Q: I use Online Bill Payment to pay my bills. What do I need to do to ensure that my bills will be paid on time?

A: Your online bill payment data will not automatically transfer to your Security First account in this conversion. Payments scheduled to be paid via online bill payment after September 5th will either have to be paid by you via check or by establishing an online bill payment account with Security First Bank on or after September 8th. Automatic payments from your account that do not go through online bill pay, such as mortgage or car payments to outside finance companies, will be paid as usual after the conversion and do not require any action on your part.

Q: I use Online Banking to make automatic transfers between accounts. Will that change?

A: Yes. You will need to re-establish any automatic transfers between accounts when you enroll with Security First Online Banking.

Q: Will I be able to access my statements online?

A: Because First National Beatrice Bank statements will not be carried over to the Security First Bank internet banking website, we recommend downloading or printing statements that you have not already printed or saved on your personal computer prior to September 5, 2008. If you should need a First National Beatrice Bank statement in the future, they will be available by request from the bank at no charge. Your Security First Bank statements, with check images, are available online for 16 months.

Q: How do I register for Online Banking and Bill Pay?

A: To register for Online Banking from Security First Bank, please:

1. Go to www.Security1stBank.com.
2. Find the "Online Banking" link located on the left side of the screen.
3. Select "First Time User."
4. Fill out the requested information. You will need to contact the bank to obtain information on how to set your PIN.

To register for FirstPay online bill payment, please wait one business day after registering for online banking. The wait allows us to ensure that your security settings are correct. Please follow these directions to register:

1.  Enter online banking and select the "Click here to enroll" button.

2.  Fill out the requested information.

To help your transition to FirstPay Online Bill Payment go smoothly, we recommend printing your payee information from your First National Beatrice Bank online bill pay account. By doing so, you will have all of the address and account information you need at hand. In addition, Security First Bank is waiving fees for our enhanced FirstPay Plus bill payment for transferring First National Beatrice customers.
